Privacy Policy
How we handle the personal data sent through the contact form, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
What data we collect
The HIGGN website collects personal data solely through the contact form: name, company or organisation (optional), email, phone/WhatsApp (optional), state (optional), topic of interest and whatever description the person chooses to write.
We do not use sign-up forms, logged-in areas or collection of sensitive data. The site does not ask for national ID numbers, identification documents, bank details or financial information.
What we use it for
Data sent through the form is used only to answer the contact request and to carry on the commercial or technical conversation that follows from it.
We do not sell, rent or pass this data on for third-party marketing.
Who takes part in the processing
For the site to work and for your message to reach us, service providers take part in the flow: the infrastructure that hosts and serves the pages, and the email service through which the request is received and answered. They process the data only to deliver that service, at our request.
That is different from sharing data for marketing or selling it, which we do not do. If another provider starts taking part in the processing, this policy will be updated.
Legal basis
Processing relies on the consent given when submitting the form and on the legitimate interest in answering a commercial contact started by the person themselves, under Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD).
How long we keep it
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the request and to meet applicable legal obligations. Anyone may request deletion at any time through the contact channels shown on the site.
Your rights
The LGPD grants the data subject, among others, the rights to confirm that processing exists, access their data, correct incomplete or outdated data, request anonymisation or deletion, and withdraw consent.
To exercise any of these rights, get in touch through the channels listed on the Contact page.
Cookies and audience measurement
The site stores locally, in your browser, only usage preferences — light/dark theme and language. This data is not sent to HIGGN servers nor used to identify people.
If audience measurement tools are enabled in the future, this policy will be updated before any collection begins, describing what is measured.
Security
We adopt reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect the data we receive against unauthorised access, loss or improper alteration.
For any request about your data — access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent — write to contato@higgn.com. We reply through the same channel.
